HOME ADDRESS CHECKS/NEIGHBOURHOOD CHECK

Many employees provide companies with wrong addresses or non existent/invalid addresses and it is when there’s a problem that they find that the employee does not actually live at the address. We will help you ensure that the address given by the employee is exists and that he/she is actually resident there.

We can also make enquiries from neighbours, Tenants, Landlords etc. on the character of the candidate.

REFERENCE/GUARANTOR CHECKS

Sometimes a person may not be aware that he has been named as a Guarantor or Referee until the person runs into trouble. We contact the referees/guarantors and ensure that they are aware and are willing to guarantee the employee.

CRIMINAL CHECKS

Some new hires may have a criminal record but will never disclose this. We help to check from the police database whether or not the employee has a criminal past or not.

PAST EMPLOYMENT CHECKS

Candidates sometimes don’t disclose the truth about why they left a past employment or may exaggerate their positions etc. We contact candidates’ past two employers and make enquiries about the candidates to dig out the true picture of the candidates’ histories with the past employer.

VILLAGE ADDRESS CHECKS

Sometimes when employees run into trouble, they may run back to their villages/Towns or they may be difficult to get a hold of. Where they still have parents living in the village, we check them up to confirm their identity and to ensure that the address left is valid. This provides an additional guarantee for an employer in case the employee gets into trouble.
